Over the years, we started noticing something. Some businesses were winning more jobs than others. Not because they were better at their craft. Not because they had friendlier teams or lower prices.

They were just faster. Almost every time, that was the difference.

The businesses on the losing end weren’t even aware it was happening. Customers don’t call to say they hired someone else. The phone just never rings. The business owner has no idea the inquiry ever came in — or that someone else answered it in 60 seconds while they were busy doing actual work.

So we started solving it by hand. But we could only do it for the businesses we actively managed. And there were millions more out there with the same problem and no solution.
