Caboodle has spent nearly two decades helping businesses do exactly that — through strategy, technology, and marketing. Dash Dolphin is what happens when that work reveals a problem nobody had solved yet.
Since 2005, Caboodle has worked alongside businesses of every size — from local contractors to Fortune 200 companies. Strategy, technology, marketing, web development, consulting. If it helps a business grow, it’s in our wheelhouse.
Over the years, we started noticing something. Some businesses were winning more jobs than others. Not because they were better at their craft. Not because they had friendlier teams or lower prices.
The businesses on the losing end weren’t even aware it was happening. Customers don’t call to say they hired someone else. The phone just never rings. The business owner has no idea the inquiry ever came in — or that someone else answered it in 60 seconds while they were busy doing actual work.
We saw it from the outside. Tracking form submissions, watching response windows, asking the question most business owners never think to ask: “What happened to that one?”
So we started solving it by hand. Our developer built a custom integration — connecting client website forms directly to an SMS gateway — so the moment someone submitted an inquiry, it hit our client’s phone in seconds instead of sitting in an inbox. It was scrappy. It worked. Clients started booking more jobs and didn’t even fully understand why.
But we could only do it for the businesses we actively managed. And there were millions more out there with the same problem and no solution.
So we built Dash Dolphin — and made it available to everyone.
