Common questions about pricing
What's the difference between the plans?
Every plan includes the full Dash Dolphin product — AI summaries, spam filtering, auto-reply, scoring, templates, dashboard, everything. The only differences are how many notifications you get per month and how many phone numbers you can use. Solo gives you 1 phone number and 50 notifications. Crew gives you up to 20 numbers and 500 notifications. Fleet gives you unlimited numbers and 5,000 notifications.
What happens if I go over my notification limit?
On the Solo plan, you’d upgrade to Crew to get more volume. On Crew and Fleet, additional notifications are billed at $0.35 and $0.25 each, respectively. You’ll always know where you stand — your dashboard shows your usage in real time.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No. Month-to-month. Cancel anytime with one click. If you pay annually, you can still cancel and we’ll refund the unused portion.
What happens when my free trial ends?
You choose a plan and enter payment info. If you don’t, your account simply pauses — we don’t charge you, and we don’t delete your data.
Can I switch plans later?
Anytime. Upgrade or downgrade from your dashboard in two clicks. Changes take effect immediately.
What counts as a "notification"?
One form submission = one notification. If a customer fills out your contact form, that’s one notification. Spam and bot submissions that our AI filters out do NOT count against your total.
Do you charge per user?
No. You’re charged per plan, not per person. Add team members to your dashboard at no extra cost.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
How do I know which plan is right for me
Most one-person operations start with Solo. If you run a team or get more than 50 form submissions a month, Crew is the sweet spot. Fleet is for businesses with high volume — multiple locations, lots of web traffic, or agency-level operations. Start with whichever feels right. You can always change.
