SMS NOTIFICATIONS

HubSpot Form Builder SMS Notifications

Forms email you. By the time you check, the lead is cold. Dash Dolphin texts your phone in 5 seconds.

THE 5-MINUTE PROBLEM

HubSpot Form Builder forms email you. That's why leads go cold.

Calling a new lead within 5 minutes is the difference between closing 9 out of 10 and closing 1 out of 100. Email makes 5 minutes nearly impossible. A text in 5 seconds makes it routine.

HOW IT WORKS

Text in 5 seconds. Call back in 5 minutes.

Instant alert

Form submission fires a text to the closer’s phone in 5 seconds. No checking email. No missed leads.

FREQUENTLY ASKED

Common questions

Yes. When someone submits a HubSpot Form, HubSpot can trigger a workflow that sends an email notification. Route that workflow email to your Dash Dolphin inbox and you will get an SMS in 5 seconds with a smart summary of the submission.
It does not matter. HubSpot Forms send their data back to HubSpot regardless of where the form is embedded. The workflow notification email is triggered from the HubSpot side, not from your website, so Dash Dolphin works the same way whether the form is on your WordPress site, your Squarespace site, or a HubSpot landing page.
In HubSpot, go to Automation, then Workflows, and create a contact-based workflow. Set the enrollment trigger to “Contact submits a form,” select your specific form, and add a “Send email” action with your Dash Dolphin inbox address as the recipient. Include the form fields you want summarized as email tokens in the body.
No. HubSpot creates and manages the contact record in its CRM. Dash Dolphin reads only the notification email to generate the SMS. The two systems do not share data, and Dash Dolphin does not duplicate or store HubSpot contact records.
The smart summary prioritizes the fields most useful for immediate action, typically name, phone number, and the nature of the service request. If those fields are included in the notification email body as tokens, they will appear in the SMS. Fields that are not in the email body will not be summarized.
Yes. Create a separate HubSpot workflow for each form, and route each workflow’s notification email to Dash Dolphin. You can include the form name or service type in the email body so the SMS makes clear which type of inquiry just came in.
Yes, there is a 14-day free trial. Setting up the HubSpot workflow and connecting it to Dash Dolphin takes about fifteen minutes, so the trial is more than enough time to see the setup in action with real form submissions.
Dash Dolphin and HubSpot CRM serve different purposes. HubSpot records and manages the contact over time. Dash Dolphin gets the lead to your phone in 5 seconds so you can make first contact before the lead goes cold. The two tools run in parallel and each does something the other does not.

Your next customer is filling out your form right now.

The only question is whether you’ll know in 5 seconds, or 5 hours.
