SMS NOTIFICATIONS

Wix Website Builder SMS Notifications

Forms email you. By the time you check, the lead is cold. Dash Dolphin texts your phone in 5 seconds.

THE 5-MINUTE PROBLEM

Wix Website Builder forms email you. That's why leads go cold.

Calling a new lead within 5 minutes is the difference between closing 9 out of 10 and closing 1 out of 100. Email makes 5 minutes nearly impossible. A text in 5 seconds makes it routine.

HOW IT WORKS

Text in 5 seconds. Call back in 5 minutes.

Instant alert

Form submission fires a text to the closer’s phone in 5 seconds. No checking email. No missed leads.

📞

Call routing

Different forms ring different people. Round-robin, first-to-claim, or by service type. Whoever’s on shift gets the lead.

Bots and junk get filtered before they reach your phone. Your team only sees real customers.

“We were closing maybe 1 or 2 out of 100 form requests. Now we’re closing 9.5 out of 10.”

FREQUENTLY ASKED

Common questions

Yes. Wix Forms can send a notification email to any address you choose each time someone submits. Add your Dash Dolphin inbox address as a notification recipient in the Wix Forms settings and you will receive an SMS in 5 seconds every time a new lead comes in.
Open the Wix Editor, click on your form, then go to Form Settings and find the “Get email notifications” section. Enter your Dash Dolphin inbox address there. You can keep your own email address as a second recipient so you still get the raw notification in your inbox.
Yes. Dash Dolphin processes incoming notification emails around the clock and delivers the SMS in 5 seconds regardless of the time of day. The only variable is your mobile carrier, which can occasionally add a second or two.
No. Dash Dolphin does not connect to your Wix account at all. It receives only the notification email that Wix sends when a form is submitted. It cannot read your Wix inbox, your Wix contacts list, or anything else in the Wix dashboard.
You can. Wix Automations can be set to send an email to a specified address when a form is submitted. If you route that automation email to your Dash Dolphin inbox it works the same way as the direct form notification. Some owners use automations to filter which form submissions get forwarded.
Not at all. Wix Inbox and Dash Dolphin operate independently. Wix Inbox captures messages inside your Wix dashboard, while Dash Dolphin sends you an SMS on your phone. You can run both at the same time without any conflict.
Dash Dolphin offers a 14-day free trial so you can test it with your Wix forms at no cost. Pricing details are listed on the Dash Dolphin pricing page, and you can cancel at any time.
Dash Dolphin reads standard notification emails from Wix Forms. Wix Bookings sends its own separate notification emails, and whether those work depends on how Wix formats them. The safest path is to run a test booking and check whether the notification email contains the lead details you want in the SMS. If it does, Dash Dolphin will process it just the same.

Your next customer is filling out your form right now.

The only question is whether you’ll know in 5 seconds, or 5 hours.
