For Platforms, Enterprises, and Integration Partners

Put instant response inside your platform, not alongside it.

The same engine that texts a contractor in 10 seconds can live inside your CRM, your field service platform, your franchise network, or your enterprise stack. Our partner program is built for companies who want speed-to-lead as a feature, not another tab to open.

Why a Partner Program

We built the best speed-to-lead system for small businesses. Now we're opening it up to bigger operators.

Dash Dolphin started as a fix for our own agency clients. It worked so well we turned it into a product. Thousands of service businesses later, we keep getting the same question from platforms and enterprises: “Can we put this inside what we already have?” The answer is yes, and this is how.

What this program is, and isn't

Two Ways to Partner

Pick the path that matches how you actually operate.

Most partnerships fall into one of these two tracks. Some blend both, and a few need something custom. Start here and we’ll figure out the rest together.
Track 01 · Technology & Platform

Embed instant response in the product you already ship.

You run a CRM, a field service platform, a marketing automation tool, or a vertical SaaS. Your users have form submissions going somewhere. We give you the API, the SMS engine, the AI summarization layer, and the spam filtering, so you don’t have to build it from scratch.

Track 02 · Enterprise & Multi-Location

Deploy speed-to-lead across every location, every team.

You run a franchise, a multi-location operation, or a large enterprise with many points of customer contact. You need centralized configuration, location-aware routing, role-based access, and reporting that rolls up cleanly. We build deployment packages that handle the scale without the chaos.

Why Speed Is the Moat

The numbers every partner should know before they start.

These aren’t our stats. They’re the industry’s. And they explain why every vertical SaaS and enterprise we talk to eventually arrives at the same question.

What You Get as a Partner

More than an API key and a welcome email.

Every partner gets direct access to the team that actually builds the product. Not a support queue, not a chatbot, and no layer of Sales Engineers between you and the work.

Direct API access

Production endpoints for form capture, AI summarization, spam filtering, SMS delivery, and routing. Full technical docs, sandbox environment, and generous rate limits.

Engineering support

Our engineers work directly with your team on integration. Shared Slack channel, shared docs, and real humans responding in hours, not days.

Custom deployment architecture

For enterprise and multi-location partners, we design the rollout together. Centralized admin, role-based access, location-aware routing, and consolidated reporting.

Partner-tier economics

Volume pricing that makes sense for the scale you operate at. No surprise overage fees, no seat creep, no line items that don’t map to value.

Co-marketing opportunities

Joint case studies, co-authored content, speaking slots, and introductions into our network of service businesses. We promote partners who do great work with our product.

Roadmap influence

Active partners get a seat at the table when we prioritize what’s next. The things that matter to your users become the things we build. That’s how real partnerships work.
How a Partnership Actually Starts

No 14-page MSA to read before you know if it makes sense.

We start with a conversation. If it’s a fit, we build from there. Here’s what the first 60 days usually look like.
01

Intro call

A 30-minute conversation with our team. We learn what you’re building or operating. You learn what we can and can’t do.
02

Fit assessment

We sketch what integration or deployment would actually look like. If it’s not a clean fit, we’ll say so. No pitch deck theater.
03

Pilot agreement

A short pilot scope with clear success metrics. Usually 30 to 90 days, simple terms, no multi-year lock-in, and real data at the end.
04

Build and launch

We ship together. Engineers talk to engineers. Ops talks to ops. The people doing the work are the people on the call.
Be Honest With Yourself

This isn't for every company. Here's who it's built for.

The best partnerships are the ones both sides are genuinely excited about. The ones that fail are the ones that should have been a “no thanks” from the start. So here’s the real list.
We're probably a fit

You should probably talk to us.

We're probably not

This may not be the right call.

Common Questions

The stuff partners always ask.

No. We’re intentionally not white-labeling Dash Dolphin. We want partners who embed our technology into their own product or operations, not ones who repackage it and compete with us. If white-label is a hard requirement, we’re probably not the right partner.
Form capture ingestion, AI-powered inquiry summarization, spam and bot filtering, SMS delivery with tap-to-call formatting, routing logic for multi-number setups, after-hours auto-reply triggers, and dashboard data sync. Full technical documentation is shared after the intro call.
Most partnerships start with a 30 to 90-day pilot, structured around clear success metrics. There’s no multi-year contract up front. If the pilot works, we put a real agreement in place. If it doesn’t, we both walk away with data and lessons, and no hard feelings.
It depends on the track. Technology partners typically pay a per-notification wholesale rate with volume discounts. Enterprise deployments are priced per location or per seat depending on the deployment model. Specifics happen on the intro call because pricing only makes sense in context.
Seriously. Data handling follows standard SaaS security practices, all payments flow through Stripe so we never see card data, and AI processing uses enterprise-tier API terms. For enterprise partners who need formal documentation, DPAs, or custom SLAs, we work through those requirements during the pilot phase.
For technology partners, most integrations ship in 4 to 8 weeks. For enterprise deployments, 30 to 90 days depending on scope, location count, and internal approval cycles. We move as fast as your team moves.
Yes. We’re based in Little Rock, Arkansas. For serious enterprise conversations, we’ll fly to you. For everyone else, video works great and we can set up a working session within a couple of days.
Start the Conversation

Tell us what you're building. We'll tell you if it's a fit.

No sales pitch. No generic “someone will be in touch soon” email. A real person on our team reads every submission and responds with real thoughts within one business day.

Partner inquiry

Tell us a bit about you. Only the essentials are required.
By submitting, you agree to be contacted by the Dash Dolphin team about your inquiry. We don’t share your info, and we don’t add you to any lists.

The fastest-moving companies in every industry already know this is the moat.

The question isn’t whether instant response is a feature worth building. It’s whether you’re going to build it yourself, buy it from the wrong vendor, or partner with the team that already built it right.
