SMS NOTIFICATIONS

Contact Form 7 SMS Notifications

Forms email you. By the time you check, the lead is cold. Dash Dolphin texts your phone in 5 seconds.

THE 5-MINUTE PROBLEM

Contact Form 7 forms email you. That's why leads go cold.

Calling a new lead within 5 minutes is the difference between closing 9 out of 10 and closing 1 out of 100. Email makes 5 minutes nearly impossible. A text in 5 seconds makes it routine.

FREQUENTLY ASKED

Common questions

Yes. Contact Form 7 sends an email notification on every submission using its Mail tab settings. Set the “To” address in that Mail tab to your Dash Dolphin inbox address and you will get an SMS in 5 seconds whenever a lead submits your form.
Setup is straightforward. Inside your Contact Form 7 form editor, click the Mail tab and find the “To” field. Replace or add your Dash Dolphin inbox address there. You do not need to touch any code, and the change takes about one minute.
Contact Form 7 relies on WordPress’s built-in wp_mail function, which can occasionally fail to deliver if your hosting does not have proper email sending configured. Using an SMTP plugin like WP Mail SMTP on your WordPress site will make the notification emails more reliable, which means your Dash Dolphin SMS alerts will also be more reliable.
Dash Dolphin reads the notification email to generate and send the SMS. It does not store submission data in any database you or your customer can access, and it does not connect back to your WordPress installation or Contact Form 7’s entries.
Dash Dolphin is not a replacement for a form entries log. For storing submission records you would want a plugin like Flamingo alongside Contact Form 7. Dash Dolphin’s job is to get the lead details to your phone in 5 seconds so you can follow up immediately, not to archive submissions.
If the Mail tab has no valid “To” address, Contact Form 7 will not send a notification and Dash Dolphin will have nothing to process. Make sure the Mail tab is configured with at least one recipient. Adding your Dash Dolphin inbox address as the recipient (or one of the recipients) is all that is needed.
Yes, Dash Dolphin offers a 14-day free trial. You can connect your Contact Form 7 form during that period and test it with real submissions at no charge.
The connection will not break automatically, but you will need to update the notification email address in whichever new form plugin you install. Since Dash Dolphin works from notification emails, switching plugins is just a matter of updating the “To” address in your new plugin’s notification settings. The Dash Dolphin side does not change at all.

Your next customer is filling out your form right now.

The only question is whether you’ll know in 5 seconds, or 5 hours.
