SMS NOTIFICATIONS

Formidable Forms Plugin SMS Notifications

Forms email you. By the time you check, the lead is cold. Dash Dolphin texts your phone in 5 seconds.

THE 5-MINUTE PROBLEM

Formidable Forms Plugin forms email you. That's why leads go cold.

Calling a new lead within 5 minutes is the difference between closing 9 out of 10 and closing 1 out of 100. Email makes 5 minutes nearly impossible. A text in 5 seconds makes it routine.

HOW IT WORKS

Text in 5 seconds. Call back in 5 minutes.

Instant alert

Form submission fires a text to the closer’s phone in 5 seconds. No checking email. No missed leads.

📞

Call routing

Different forms ring different people. Round-robin, first-to-claim, or by service type. Whoever’s on shift gets the lead.

🛡️

Spam filter

Bots and junk get filtered before they reach your phone. Your team only sees real customers.

“We were closing maybe 1 or 2 out of 100 form requests. Now we’re closing 9.5 out of 10.”

FREQUENTLY ASKED

Common questions

Yes. Formidable Forms has a Notifications section inside each form’s Settings where you configure where submission emails are sent. Add your Dash Dolphin inbox address as a recipient and you will get an SMS in 5 seconds with a smart summary of the new lead.
Dash Dolphin condenses the notification email into a short SMS summary, so even if your form has twenty fields, the SMS will highlight the most important details, such as name, phone, and service type. You are not getting a wall of text on your phone; you are getting the information that helps you respond quickly.
In the WordPress admin, go to Formidable, then Forms, and edit the form you want. Click the Settings tab, then Emails and Actions. You will see your existing notification email. Edit that notification to add your Dash Dolphin inbox address in the “Send to Email” field, or create a second notification that sends exclusively to Dash Dolphin.
No. Dash Dolphin has no connection to your WordPress installation and no access to the Formidable Forms entries database. Your stored data remains exactly as Formidable Forms manages it. Dash Dolphin only reads incoming notification emails.
Yes, the two features are completely independent. Formidable Views pull data from the entries database for display on your site. Dash Dolphin works from outbound notification emails. You can use both simultaneously without any conflict.
It works in your favor. If you set up conditional notifications in Formidable so that an email fires only when someone selects “Emergency Service,” Dash Dolphin will receive only those urgent notifications and SMS you immediately. For non-urgent submissions you can use a separate notification routing.
The 14-day free trial gives you full access. Add your Dash Dolphin inbox address to your Formidable form’s notification settings, run some test submissions, and check whether the SMS alerts arrive fast enough to make a difference. Cancel any time if it does not fit.
As long as Formidable sends a notification email for the quote calculator submission, Dash Dolphin will receive it and send you an SMS. If your quote calculator form is set to send a notification with the submitted values, the smart summary will pull those values into the SMS. Forms that only store data without sending a notification email will not trigger an SMS.

Your next customer is filling out your form right now.

The only question is whether you’ll know in 5 seconds, or 5 hours.
