Once you've created your connection and received your notification email address, you can configure your Formidable form to forward submissions to Dash Dolphin.
1. Open Dash Dolphin Setup
Open your Dash Dolphin Setup page.
2. Copy Notification Email
Copy the notification email address from your Dash Dolphin connection.
3. Open WordPress Admin
Open your WordPress admin dashboard.
4. Open Formidable
Open the Formidable plugin.
5. Open Forms List
Open the Forms list.
6. Open the Form
Open the form you want to connect.
7. Open Actions & Notifications
Open Actions & Notifications.
8. Open Email Notification
Open the Email Notification action.
9. Locate To Field
Locate the To field.
10. Paste Notification Email
Paste the Dash Dolphin notification email address into the To field.
11. Update Form
Update your form to publish the changes.
12. Preview the Form
Click "Preview" to see how the form appears and functions before publishing.
13. Open Form On Blank Page
Click "On Blank Page" to view the form in a clean layout for final verification.
You have successfully configured your Formidable form to send notification emails to Dash Dolphin, enabling instant SMS alerts. Test the setup by submitting a form and verifying the SMS notification delivery.
